The idea

Hair and beauty salons lose a lot of time booking appointments over the phone – and booking marketplaces take a commission and end up owning the clientele. bookloya turns that around: every salon gets its own booking portal, under its own name and branding.

The build

A booking portal for clients (bookable around the clock) and a back office for the salon: a weekly calendar with confirmations and requests, client and team management, services and a loyalty programme – cleanly separated into the client view and administration.

The benefit

Less time on the phone, predictable capacity and a client relationship of their own instead of dependence on a marketplace. Fixed costs instead of commission per booking – the salon keeps its brand and its margin.
