Privacy policy
Protecting your personal data matters to me. This website processes as little data as possible and uses no tracking, no advertising cookies and no analytics tools.

2. Enquiries via the contact form
When you submit the “Start a project” questionnaire, the details you provide are processed: first and last name, email address, optionally company, and your details about the request (selected areas, details, free text). This information is used solely to process and answer your enquiry and is sent to me by email. Without it I cannot deal with your enquiry.
3. Server log data
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This data is required for the secure and stable delivery of the website and is not combined with other data.
4. Local storage (no cookie)
Your choice between light and dark mode is stored only in your browser (localStorage). It is not a cookie, and this information is not transmitted to me or to third parties.
5. Hosting
This website is hosted with Vercel Inc. (USA). This may involve a transfer of data to the USA. Vercel acts as a processor for the technical provision of the website.
6. Sending email
Form enquiries are sent via the SMTP server of the mail/hosting provider so that they reach me reliably.
7. Disclosure to third parties
Your data is not sold and not passed on for advertising purposes. It is disclosed only where necessary to deal with your enquiry or required by law.
8. Retention
Your details are kept only for as long as needed to deal with your request or as required by statutory retention periods. After that they are deleted.
9. Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of your data, as well as the right to object to processing. The Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) and – where applicable – the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) apply. To exercise these rights, contact me via the contact form.
